APPLICATION INFORMATION

PLEASE READ AND SIGN THIS INFORMATION SHEET BEFORE

COMPLETING THE APPLICATIONS FORM.

1. Complete all of the blanks on the Rental Application form. Failure to give us the information will delay your approval.

2. A photo identification, preferably a driver’s license, of all applicants will be copied and attached to the application.

3. The application must be signed by all persons named on the application and whose credit is being checked.

4. If there is more than one applicant and they do not have joint credit, each applicant must complete a separate form and pay an additional application fee.

5. Occupancy must be taken within 14 days of the availability date. Any variation of this policy must be approved by Property Management at the time of the applications.

6. The application must include phone numbers where we can reach you during normal business hours. Sometimes, there are questions that we must ask during the processing.

7. The lease must be signed and security deposit paid within two working days of approval. Security deposit must be paid no later than the date the lease is signed.

8. The property will be shown to other prospective tenants until the lease is signed and security deposit received.

9. The property is being offered in “AS IS CONDITION”. Any discrepancies must be noted on the Property Condition form on move-in. Please read the move-in instructions that will be provided with your lease carefully. Repair requests will be reported on the proper form. Requests for cosmetic items or additional cleaning will not be done.

10. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. THE APPLICATION FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BY CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
Any questions regarding any of the above stipulations must be cleared prior to submitting an application.
